We did it - voters pass Measures 66 & 67! 
Measures 66 and 67 passed, protecting schools and vital public services from $727 million in cuts.  The Oregonian reports, "Oregon voters bucked decades of anti-tax and anti-Salem sentiment Tuesday, raising taxes on corporations and the wealthy to prevent further erosion of public schools and other state services."

Portland Members Working to Build Oregon Schools Back Better.
Our chapter is part of Stand's statewide effort to organize a movement of Oregon teachers, parents, and community members to improve education. Stable funding is important, but it's not the only answer. We have a responsibility to make our schools more effective - to build Oregon schools back better than they were before the recent budget cuts. Learn more and get involved today!
